W S Industries (I) Limited - Clarification

The Exchange has sought clarification from W S Industries (I) Limited with respect to announcement dated 25-Mar-2022 informing about Outcome of Board Meeting.On the basis of aforesaid announcement, the Company is required to provide/clarify the following: 1. The amount and percentage of the turnover or revenue or income and net worth contributed by such unit or division of the listed entity during the last financial year; 2. The expected date of completion of sale/disposal; 3. Additionally, in case of a slump sale, indicative disclosures provided for amalgamation/merger, shall be disclosed by the listed entity with respect to such slump sale. The response of the company is awaited.
