ACME Solar Holdings Ltd shares listed at a 13% discount on the stock exchanges. On the NSE, shares opened at ₹251, down 13.15% from the issue price of ₹289, and at ₹259 on the BSE.
The IPO, with a price band of ₹275 to ₹289 per share, raised ₹2,900 crore. It consisted of a fresh issue worth ₹2,395 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of ₹505 crore by ACME Cleantech Solutions.
ACME Solar has expanded over the years, evolving from solar projects to becoming an integrated renewable energy company in India. The company manages large-scale renewable projects through its in-house EPC division and O&M team.
