As of December 21, 2023, the subscription status of the Innova Captab IPO stands at 0.53 times. Here’s a breakdown of the subscription figures in different categories:

• Retail Category: The retail category has been subscribed 0.92 times, indicating moderate interest from individual investors.
• Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB): The QIB category is yet to see any subscription.
• Non-Institutional Investors (NII): The NII category has seen a subscription of 0.32 times.

The IPO aims to raise approximately Rs 570 crores, with the retail quota set at 35%, QIB at 50%, and NII at 15%. The price band is fixed at Rs 426 to Rs 448 per equity share.

The IPO is structured as a combination of a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 400 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 9,600,000 equity shares by the promoters and selling shareholders. Under the OFS, promoters Manoj Kumar Lohariwala and Vinay Kumar Lohariwala will offload 19.53 lakh shares each, and other selling shareholder Gian Parkash Aggarwal will sell 16.74 lakh shares.
