On the second day of bidding on Wednesday, September 26, the KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited IPO saw high demand from investors across all categories. The mainboard issue was fully subscribed within minutes of its introduction on Thursday, September 25.
According to BSE data, the mainboard issue has been booked more than 51 times on the second day of bidding as of 15:12 p.m.
The IPO got bids for nearly 40.81 crore shares, compared to 1.09 crore shares offered for subscription, resulting in a total subscription of 37.13 times.
Retail individual investors sought for nearly 27.94 crore shares of KRN Heat Exchanger. The retail section was booked 50.82 times. The mainboard issue was subscribed 116.07 times by Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs). The QIBs filled their quota 1.65 times.
KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited’s book-building issue worth ₹341.95 crore is open for subscription from September 25 to September 27.
