The Innova Captab IPO, open for subscription from December 21 to December 26, has garnered substantial investor interest. On day 2, the subscription status stood at 3.54 times, and by 11:20 AM on day 3, it surged to 6.74 times. Click here to subscribe the IPO.

Retail investors have shown significant enthusiasm, subscribing 8.31 times, while non-institutional investors have reached 10.33 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion is at 1.11 times.

The IPO, reserving not more than 50% for QIBs, at least 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NII), and a minimum of 35% for Retail Investors, features a price band of Rs 426 to Rs 448 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10. The lot size is set at 33 equity shares, and multiples of 33 thereafter.

Innova Captab Limited successfully raised Rs 171 crore from anchor investors on December 20. Investors can still subscribe to the IPO before it closes today.
