October 23, is the last day of Waaree Energies Ltd.’s (WEL) initial public offering. The Rs 4,321-crore IPO received 9.19 times subscriptions by the end of Tuesday’s second day of bidding.
As of 4:22 p.m. on Wednesday, the last day of bidding, the Waaree Energies IPO has received offers for 1,60,80,43,878 shares, compared to 2,02,56,207 shares available, which is 76.29 times the total subscription.
Thus far, the retail quota has been subscribed 10.71 times, but its non-institutional investor (NII) category has been subscribed 62.45 times. The QIB quota has been subscribed to 208.63 times thus far.
Between October 21 and October 23, the Waaree Energies IPO will continue to be available for public subscription. Waaree Energies’ initial public offering (IPO) share allocation is anticipated to be concluded on October 24. On October 28, the company’s shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE.
