Datamatics Global Services Limited has completed the acquisition of a 2.58% stake in Datamatics Staffing Services Limited (DSSL), a subsidiary of the Company from the Promoters and other existing shareholders.
“We would like to inform you that the aforesaid acquisition has competed with effect from February 16, 2022, and accordingly DSSL has become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company,” the company said in a filing on Thursday.
At around 10.55 AM, Datamatics Global Services Ltd was trading at Rs289.65 per share up by Rs0.4 or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs289.25 per share on the BSE.
