PB Fintech arm completes 100% acquisition of Docprime Technologies; Stock dips 1%

Docprime Technologies Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PB Fintech Limited has completed the 100% acquisition of Visit Internet Services Private Limited (VISPL) and increased its shareholding from 98.40% to 100%. Accordingly, VISPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Docprime.

The company on Wednesday acquired 8,500 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) in the Software and Tech Services provider company at a consideration of Rs35,75,440/-. VISPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Docprime and accordingly a related party.

At around 10.03 am, PB Fintech Limited was trading at Rs708.85 per piece down Rs7.80 or1.09% on the BSE.
