Baroda BNP Paribas Retirement Fund NFO: Key details you need to know

Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “Solution Oriented Scheme – Retirement Fund”, named as Baroda BNP Paribas Retirement Fund. The open-ended fund with a 5-year lock-in period aims to generate income and capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related instruments and fixed-income instruments with a view to providing a retirement solution to investors.

Investment strategy: The equity portion will select stocks which have the potential to appreciate over the long term. Hence the scheme will invest in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related instruments across all market capitalization. The investment process follows a top-down approach taking into account aspects.

Asset allocation: The Scheme will invest in a diversified portfolio of equity & equity-related securities and fixed-income securities.

Who should invest?

Investors with a very high-risk appetite and who want to save for retirement should invest in the Baroda BNP Paribas Retirement Fund for 5 or more years.

The NFO is available for subscription from May 08 to May 22. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is ₹1000/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
