Whiteoak Capital Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Shariq Merchant will be appointed as the Fund Manager for Investments in overseas securities of the WhiteOak Capital Asset Management Limited with effect from 07 September 2022, he will be considered as Key Personnel of WhiteOak Capital AMC with effect from 07 September 2022.
Consequently, Ms. Trupti Agrawal will cease to be the Fund Manager for Investments in overseas securities of the WhiteOak AMC with effect from 07 September 2022.

Ms. Trupti Agrawal, will be appointed as Assistant Fund Manager for WhiteOak Capital Mid Cap Fund with effect from 07 September 2022.
