TCS to help Versuni for becoming digital-first company

Following the acquisition of Philips Domestic Appliances by Hillhouse, a private equity firm, in 2021, the independent company, now called Versuni, joined forces with TCS to establish the groundwork for a customer-centric, agile, and innovation-driven organization.
