Public issue of up to 7,333,332 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Share) of Shemaroo Entertainment Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 170 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 160 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs. 120.00 crores (The Issue).
