Public issue of 8,867,187 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each of TD Power Systems Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 256 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 246 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 227.00 crore (The Issue). The issue will constitute 26.68% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue price: Rs. 256/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The issue price is 25.6 times the face value.
