Strides Pharma Science has allotted 13,500 equity shares under ESOP on 18 April 2022.

Consequent to above, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 89,79,02,140/- consisting of 8,97,90,214 equity shares to Rs. 89,80,37,140/- consisting of 8,98,03,714 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each
