Harappa starts offering its services in US market

The edtech company Harappa, which is a part of UpGrad, has started offering its services in the US market and intends to expand.

Through its programs on learning, application, experience, and coaching, Harappa hopes to upskill 55,000 individuals. In comparison to the $5 billion market for industry-led learning in India, the US corporate learning market is estimated to be worth $150 billion.

According to the founders of Harappa, Pramath Raj Sinha, and Shreyasi Singh, 82% of American workers in 10 different industries desire to leave their employment because of lousy managers, while 44% of managers believe they are unprepared for their positions.
