Manaksia Ltd Declares Final Dividend of Rs 3 per Share, Shares Surge

Manaksia Ltd, a small-cap company with a market capitalization of approximately Rs 1,150 crore, has announced a final dividend of Rs 3 per share for its eligible shareholders, making it one of the dividend-paying stocks today.

The company revealed this development in its latest communication to the Indian stock market exchanges. While the record date for the dividend is yet to be announced, Manaksia Ltd assured that the payment would be made within thirty days from the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), subject to shareholder approval.

During the board meeting held on June 3, 2023, Manaksia Ltd stated, ‘We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company  has recommended a final dividend of 150% (i.e., Rs 3.00/- per equity share with a face value of Rs 2/- each) for the Financial Year 2022-23, to be approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.’

The exact record date and AGM date for the financial year ending on March 31, 2023, will be announced in due course, as stated by Manaksia Ltd.
