Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal’s new venture, OppDoor, aims to assist e-commerce firms in global expansion through comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
OppDoor’s services cover a brand’s entire lifecycle, offering fully managed operations and business advisory services.
The startup, confirmed by sources, focuses on supporting e-commerce companies seeking global expansion, leveraging networks like Amazon.
The launch of OppDoor is timely, coming five years after the non-compete clause from the Flipkart-Walmart deal ended in 2023, allowing Binny Bansal to venture into e-commerce again.
OppDoor initially targets e-commerce companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore, Japan, and Australia.
The startup emphasizes fully managed Amazon services, highlighting the platform as an endless opportunity for global expansion.
While Amazon is a primary focus, OppDoor plans to collaborate with other platforms such as Walmart and Etsy for marketplace operations and seller management.
Registered in Singapore and incorporated in May 2021, OppDoor was previously known as Three State Ventures Pte Ltd, Binny Bansal’s venture capital firm.
