The Indian School of Business (ISB), with campuses at Hyderabad and Mohali, recently launched the “Early Entry Option” for its flagship Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), specifically designed to address the increasing demand from talented fresh graduates/ post graduates and those with less than two years’ work experience, by providing them early access to world class management education.

Candidates selected through the 'Early Entry Option’, will secure a deferred admission to the one-year PGP at the ISB, contingent upon completion of 24 months of work experience at the time of joining the programme. By securing their admission, aspirants can then focus their attention on gaining valuable work experience, maximizing learning and self-awareness and besides pursuing their co-curricular interests and passions, thereby bringing greater exposure and insights when they actually join the PGP.

The option has generated a favorable response from young aspirants, with more than 800 applicants already registering under the Early Entry Option category for the Class of 2015 on the ISB’s admission portal. This is reflective of a growing interest amongst young graduates, who wish to acquire relevant work experience before pursuing their management education. This work experience not only allows them to absorb the concepts taught in a management programme better, but also serves to boost their career growth prospects post an MBA.

The process of selection will be very similar to that of the Post graduate Programme(PGP).
