Exam sponsors across India will for the first time have the chance to learn about the pitfalls, challenges and solutions of high-stakes test security in an exclusive online webinar broadcast by computer-based testing leader Pearson VUE on 24th April.
Exam fraud is on the rise in India, and it can potentially damage the reputation and growth of test providers where a professional license, certification or admission into university is at stake. Person VUE has seen a rapid adoption in India of its computer-based testing services in the past two years as more organisations recognise the need for higher security measures to combat fraud.
Joe Brutsche, Director of Security Service, Pearson VUE, said: “There has never been a greater need for robust test security measures in India. It is vital to raise awareness of the tools and technology available to manage, check and counter frauds. There is much to be learned in India from the ways frauds have been tackled globally including sophisticated candidate check-in procedures, the benefits of trained test administrators versus ad hoc test staff at temporary test centres and how this helps to maintain higher standards of security.”
Joe Brutsche is speaking at the exam security webinar along with an Indian test owner speaking of their first-hand experience on Thursday 24th April at 4:30pm.
