Antony Waste Handling Cell IPO subscribed 12% on day 2

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.

Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited has been subscribed 12% so far on the day two of bidding.

The initial public offer (IPO) of Antony Waste Handling Cell received bids for 4.29 lakh shares on March 3 as against 48.20 lakh shares on offer, as per the National Stock Exchange of India website data. The issue was subscribed 0.09 times.

The issue opened for bidding on March 4 and it will close on Friday. The price band has been fixed at Rs295-300 per share.

Bids can be made for a minimum lot of 50 equity shares and in multiples of 50 Equity Shares thereafter.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.

The Company expects that the benefits of listing of Equity Shares will be to enhance visibility and brand image and provide liquidity to Shareholders.

Equirus Capital Private Limited is the sole Book Running Lead Manager (“BRLM”) to the Issue.
