Shares of Atul Ltd
went up ~2% in intraday trade on Friday as the company posted robust Q3FY19 numbers.
Atul Ltd's Q3FY19 revenue came in at Rs1,019.49cr, an increase by 26.9% yoy. The operating profit in Q3FY19 came in at Rs211.44cr, a substantial increase by 67.7% yoy.
The Q3FY19 EBITDA margin expanded significantly by ~505bps yoy to 20.7%. The net profit after tax stood at Rs116.89cr, an increase by 77.1% yoy. Read more.
Atul’s Management has guided for a revenue potential of Rs740cr from ramp-up of existing capacities over next few years. Further, brownfield/greenfield projects are expected to generate revenue of Rs2,040cr over next five years with capex of ~Rs163cr.
Atul Ltd is currently trading at Rs3,570.85 up by Rs80.6 or 2.31% from its previous closing of Rs3,490.25 on the BSE.
