Dodla Dairy Limited has informed that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company namely “Country Delight Dairy Limited” in Kenya on November 22, 2022.
As per the regulatory filing, the wholly-owned subsidiary is incorporated to carry on production, processing of milk, milk products and distribution of dairy and other products.
Further, Country Delight Dairy Limited is yet to commence its business operations, the company said.
At around 9:58 AM, Dodla Dairy was trading at Rs491.35 per share higher by Rs4.85 or 1% as against previous closing of Rs486.50 per share on the BSE.
