Harvard Business School (HBS) will host an executive education program Managing and Transforming Professional Service Firmsâ€“India, from January 15 to 18, 2014 at the HBS style classroom at Taj Landsâ€™ End, Mumbai.
This leadership development program is designed to facilitate participants to capture emerging opportunities in the current economic environment and position the organization for success as the economy improves.
Whether it is a firm offering expertise in accounting, law, information technology or consultancy services, this program will help participants gain the latest strategies for capitalizing on new opportunities during uncertain times, implementing models for scaling successful services, responding to market shifts with innovative services, and managing both domestic and global growth.
