Hind Rectifiers Mumbai plant operates with 50% strength amid Covid surge; Stock gains over 1%

Nashik Plant continues to work with 50% strength following the guidance/ directives issued by the various regulators, the company said.

Hind Rectifiers Limited informed the exchanges that the Mumbai plant has started with approx 50% strength with effect from April 19, 2021, while Nashik Plant continues to work with 50% strength following the guidance/ directives issued by the various regulators.

“To get better capacity utilization, employees working in production-related activity are attending the office. Accordingly, actual capacity utilization is more than 50%,” company said with regards to the impact of Maharashtra Government announcement for break the chain – Covid-19.

At around 10.03 am, Hind Rectifiers Ltd was trading at 123.95 up Rs1.55 or 1.27% on the BSE.
