Inox Leisure spurts 4.5% after beginning process to re-open multiplex units

The company has taken steps to resume operations after in Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra after the notification issued by the respective states.

Inox Leisure Limited has begun the process to re-open the units located in Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra following the notification issued by the respective states.

At around 12.56 PM, Inox Leisure was trading at Rs276.40 per equity share up by Rs12.05 or 4.56% from its previous closing of Rs264.35 per equity share on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs273.60 and has touched a day's high and low of Rs279.40 and Rs262 respectively. 

“We shall re-open the units in other states where the company operates as and when any notification is issued by the respective authorities in this regard. The company will follow the Central, State and Local Authorities guidelines to open it multiplex units including restrictions on capacity and protocols laid down by central government and respective authorities in various states,” company said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
