The scope of the orders include, transmission and distribution business, cables business, railways business, civil business and solar business, said the company in a BSE filing on Wednesday.
Among these, the transmission and distribution business has secured orders of Rs 610 crore across India, SAARC, Middle-East, Africa, East Asia Pacific region and the Americas.
The stock of KEC International was trading at Rs 313.35 per share, up by Rs 3.95 or 1.28% as at 1053 hours on Wednesday, on the BSE. The stock hit an intraday high and low of Rs 317.05 and Rs 308.40 respectively. It attracted a traded volume of 2,75,559 shares and traded value of Rs 862.06 lakh on the NSE.
KEC International Limited is engaged in the construction of utility projects. Its geographical segments include India and Outside India. Its Power Transmission and Distribution business include providing end-to-end solutions in power transmission and distribution.
