in the press note aftermarket hours on Thursday said that the board of directors of the company has appointed Sekharipuram Narayanan Subrahmanvan as Executive Director. The company has also appointed Jayant Damodar Patil as a non-executive director, Prasanna Rangacharya Mysore as Independent Director and Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa as Independent Director.
Further, Subroto Bagchi, who retires by rotation at the Twentieth AGM on July 16, 2019, has not offered himself for re-appointment.
Mindtree Ltd shares ended at Rs974.35, up by Rs2.8 or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs971.55 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs970.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs975 and Rs970.05 respectively.
