Pharma stocks under pressure in broad self off
Torrent Pharma, Biocon, Divi's Labs and Sun Pharma were among the top drags on the pharma index.

Pharma stocks continued to trade under pressure during Wednesday's session. Most pharma stocks are witnessing selling bias.
At around 3.17 pm, Nifty Pharma was the worst performing sector, trading at 13,138.25 down 106.45 points or 0.80%.
Torrent Pharma, Biocon, Divi's Labs and Sun Pharma were among the top drags on the pharma index.
Torrent Pharma shed 2.08% to trade at Rs2,774.70 per piece. Biocon was selling Rs8.75 down or 1.85% at Rs463 per piece. Divis Lab was trading at Rs 3,723.45 per piece down Rs 44.05 or 1.17% and Sun Pharma at Rs602.80 per piece down Rs6.85 or 1.12%.
Aurobindo Pharma, Dr Reddy's Labs, Cipla and Cadila were also trading in the red.

Alkem Lab led the gains followed by Lupin. Alkem Lab was trading at Rs3,091.10 per piece up Rs28.75 or 0.94% while Lupin gained Rs8.05 or 0.76% to trade at Rs1,068.35 per piece.
