Rail Vikas Nigam forms JV in Kyrgyz Republic; Stock under pressure

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has formed a Joint Venture Company with Kyrgyzindustry – OJSC.

The JV is for Construction of Rail road and other infrastructure projects in Kyrgyz Republic, the company said.

At around 9:19 AM, Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd is currently trading at Rs67.75 per share up by Rs0.35 or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs67.40 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs66.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs68 and Rs66 respectively so far today. The current market cap of the company is Rs14,053.04 crore.
