Sandu Pharma inks MoU with Bach Ma Van Xuan Pharma; stock rises ~4%

Sandu Pharmaceuticals Limited informed the exchanges that it has entered into an MoU with Bach Ma Van Xuan Pharmaceuticals.

The goal of this MOU is to strengthen business ties and broaden the scope of two companies in Vietnam and India. Bach Ma Van Xuan Company, in particular, distributes Sandus traditional medicine and cosmetic products in Vietnam.

At around 9.44 AM, Sandu Pharmaceuticals was trading at Rs65.95 up by 4.1% from its previous closing of Rs63.35 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs66.55 and touched intraday high and low of Rs66.55 and Rs64.55 respectively.
