Satin Creditcare Network raises Rs65 crore through NCDs; Stock down 1%

The Working Committee of Satin Creditcare Network Limited in its meeting held on December 12, 2022 has allotted 650 NCDs of face value of Rs10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs65 crore.

On Tuesday, at around 9:17 A, Satin Creditcare Network Ltd was trading at Rs156.35 per share down by Rs2.65 or 1.67% from its previous closing of Rs159 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs159 per share and touched a high and low of Rs164.50 per share and Rs155.15 per share respectively so far today. The current market cap of the company is Rs1,237.07crore.
