on Tuesday announced that the company has entered into a contract to charter vessel Seamec III with L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering for undertaking a job at Mumbai High.
The tenure of the contract is for a period of seven days with an option for extension. The contract will commence from around June 22, 2017. The value of charter during from period is Rs 1.01 crore.
Meanwhile, Seamec was trading higher by 0.2% at Rs 137.20 per share at 1438 hours on BSE. It hit a high of Rs 144 and a low of Rs 136.10 so far during the day.
SEAMEC Limited provides diving support vessel (DSV)-based diving services. The company is engaged in offshore and shipping business. Its support services include marine, construction and diving services to offshore oilfields in India and abroad.
SEAMEC Ltd is currently trading at Rs 137.7, up by Rs 0.9 or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs 136.8 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 136.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs 144 and Rs 136.1 respectively. So far 119409(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 347.81 crore.
