Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has announced in a filing the commencement of Solar Power Project of 4 MW_AC/5.2 MW_DC Solar Power Project (Two Projects of 2.00 MW_AC/2.60 MW_DC each) at Village Kombhalne, Tal Akole, Dist. Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.

Further, the Company has received Open Access approval from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (MSEDCL) under the “Open Access Working” scheme of government for self-captive consumption at Unit 1 at B-102/103, MIDC Lote Parshuram, Taluka Khed, Dist. Rantagiri, Maharashtra, India.

"This will help the Company to reduce its dependence on non-renewable sources of energy", the company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

At around 9:48 AM, Shree Pushkar Chemicals was trading at Rs232.80 per piece up by Rs2 or 0.87% against its previous closing of Rs230.80 per piece on the BSE.
