  1. Bharti Airtel:

The telecom company announced that it has approved the distribution of equity worth $8.6 million, or around Rs 71 crore, to holders of its January 2020 foreign debt bonds.

  1. NTPC:

Ettayapuram in Tamil Nadu now has 162.27 MW of solar generating capacity, according to the state-run energy giant.

  1. Uniparts India:

On Monday, the provider of engineered systems and solutions will make its stock market debut.

  1. Vodafone Idea:

Debt-ridden telecom company and its supplier ATC Telecom Infrastructure have reached an understanding to move up the deadline for subscribing to optionally convertible debentures worth Rs 1,600 crore to February 28.

  1. V-Guard Industries:

Sunflame Enterprises will be purchased by V-Guard Industries for Rs 660 crore in an all-cash deal.

  1. Kalpataru Power Transmission:

The utility business collected Rs 99 crore through the private sale of 990 NCDs with a face value of Rs 10 lakh each.

  1. Hindustan Zinc:

Before deciding when to dilute its minority equity holding in the company owned by Anil Agarwal, the government would evaluate the interest of significant foreign funds in the metals industry.

  1. Marico:

The domestic FMCG giant will pay 493 billion Vietnamese Dong (about Rs 172 crore) to purchase Vietnam’s Beauty X Corporation.

  1. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals:

The medication manufacturer has been criticized by  USFDA for production errors at its Goa-based manufacturing facility, including failing to set up necessary laboratory control measures.

  1. Zydus Lifesciences:

USFDA has given the pharmaceutical company permission to market Silodosin capsules in the US for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
