V-Mart Retail to consider raising capital on September 5

Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 5, 2020 to inter-alia discuss, consider and approve the matter related to raising funds.

V-Mart Retail said in the filing on Tuesday that it will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on September 5.

The stock is currently trading at Rs1,824.80, down by Rs0.1 or 0.01% from its previous closing of Rs1,824.90 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs1,888 and has touched a high and low of Rs1,911.45 and Rs1,800 respectively.

“V-MART RETAIL has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/09/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 29(1) (d), Regulation 29(2) and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 5, 2020 to inter-alia discuss, consider and approve the matter related to raising funds,” the company said.

Further to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and as per the Company's Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Company's Directors, Officers, Designated person and connected persons shall remain closed from Wednesday, September 2, 2020 till Monday, September 7, 2020 (both days are inclusive), it added.
