BLS International Services Limited was erstwhile established as Welken Traders Limited in November, 1983 as a specialist provider for Outsourcing of Visa, Passport and Attestation Services to the Client Governments across the world. The Company name was changed to BLS International Services Limited from Welken Traders Limited in March, 2012. The Company is primarily engaged in business of providing outsourcing and administrative task of Visa, Passport and Consular services to various Diplomatic Missions across the world. It provides services related to attestation and apostille on behalf of Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi (India). Further the allied services like services to the bank account holders on behalf of our customer, Seva Sindhu services by setting up grama one citizen service centres and other outsourcing servicesIn 2010, the Company started operations for Indian Embassy in Spain, Kuwait, Sudan and Russia. In 2011, it started VACs for Indian Embassy in UAE along with other Indian Missions VACs in South Asian countries. In 2012, commenced operations for Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia and Singapore.
