Cil Securities Limited was established on June 29, 1989. Company was initially engaged in Stock Broking Activities. Thereafter, it started the business activities in 1989.

From a modest beginning dealing in shares and securities the Company transitioned into a complete financial conglomerate offering diversified financial services and became a member of MCX, a Commodities Exchange, since 25 May, 2006.The Company is a member of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE), Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX), and a Category I Merchant Bankers, Category-I Registrar & Share Transfer Agents and Depository Participant with Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) and National Depository Services (India) Limited (NSDL). The Company is engaged in the business of stocks, currency and commodity broking, providing margin trading facility, depository services, RTA Services, Equity Valuation and distributor of mutual funds. Presently, it is providing Broking Services to Retail, high net worth clients and Institutional Clients.

The Company is also AMFI registered Mutual Fund Advisor since 30.11.2009.The Company has been assisting other Companies desiring to enter market from the stage of capital formation to project financing and successful planning and execution of the Public Issue. It is managing Issues, preparation of prospectus and up to the successful planning and execution of Issue. It provide corporate, advisory services including amalgamations, absorption, Debt restructuring etc.

The Project counseling include identification of viable projects, preparation of project reports, credit syndication, assisting in setting up the project, assisting in listing of shares through Public Issue. It is managing Takeover offers in terms of SEBI (Substantial Acquisitions of Shares and Takeover) Regulation.
