Newspapers Clipping-Information regarding 12th Annual General Meeting to be held through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for 12th AGM (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 02.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a summary of proceedings of 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company. This is in furtherance to our previous letter dated August 4, 2023, the members of the Company, have duly approved that Mr. Donald Francis Colleran (DIN 09431299), a Non-Executive Director of the Company, who retires by rotation at the 12th AGM and does not seek re-election, be not re-appointed as a Director of the Company. Delhivery Limited hereby inform about the Appointment of Statutory Auditor Deloitte in place of retiring Statutory Auditor. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 27.09.2023)
