AGM 23/08/2023 We inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. on 17th May, 2023, considered and approved, inter alia, the following items of business: 1. Audited financial statements, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023. 2. Recommended dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each (70%), for the financial year 2022-23. 3. The Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 23rd August, 2023. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 12th August, 2023 to 23rd August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for determining the shareholders entitled for aforesaid dividend. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 17.05.2023) Enclosing proceedings of 24th AGM held Today i.e. 23rd August, 2023, pursuant to regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 23.08.2023)
