Infinium Pharmachem Ltd Company Summary

Infinium Pharmachem Limited was originally incorporated as Infinium Pharmachem Private Limited on November 21, 2003 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Later on, Company converted its status into Public Company and the name of Company was changed to Infinium Pharmachem Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 12, 2022. Company is engaged in manufacturing and selling of Iodian based Pharmaceutical Intermediates .

The Company has its manufacturing plant at Dist. Anand, Gujarat, since inception. The Companys manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise have catered industries such as Pharmaceutical & Biotech, Specialty & Performance Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Human Health, Animal Health, Cosmetics, Sanitation, Electrical, Electronics, etc.

Apart from these, it provides a range of Iodine derivatives in the market, with more than 200 intermediates and over 7 APIs.Later, in 2019, the Company formed a Joint Venture (JV) with Shanghai Witofly Chemical Co. Ltd., in the name of Shanghai Tajilin Industrial Co. Ltd., in the Peoples Republic of China.

It also formed a Subsidiary Company in the name of Infinium Green Energy Private Limited on June 06, 2022.The Company came up with a public issue of 18,75,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 25.25 Crore in April, 2023. In FY2025, Company completed the expansion cum modernization of iodine derivatives manufacturing facility in Anand District of Gujarat. The installed production capacity increased to 1,800 MT per annum during the year.

The Company further launched a new product line IOHEXOL (API) in FY25.
