(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) Proceedings of the 44th Annual General Meeting held on 25th September, 2023. The dividend will be paid to all the shareholders on or before 24th October, 2023. dividend will be paid on or before 24th October, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/09/2023) Revised proceedings duly incorporating the conclusion time of 44th AGM is filed as advised by the exchange.
