The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. We are submitting herewith the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2022-23 . Please find enclosed the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 This is to inform that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, September 22, 2023 to Thursday, September 28, 2023.
