NIBE Ltd Company Summary

Nibe Limited, formerly known Kavita fabrics Limited was incorporated in 2005 as a private company. Subsequently, the status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company named Nibe Limited in 2020. At present, Company primarily focus on precision weapons, rocket launchers, surveillance communication equipment, Protective Vehicles, Defensive/ Deterrence Systems and Components.Earlier, the Company manufactured synthetic fabrics in the form of semi-finished sarees and dress materials.

It established manufacturing unit at Surat, Gujarat in 2008, mainly with the object of manufacturing synthetic fabrics from man-made yarns by using weaving technology. Thereafter, it installed 12 jacquard power looms to manufacture synthetic fabrics from man-made yarns in 2008. In 2012, it increased production capacity by purchasing additional 24 jacquard power looms which owned 36 jacquard power looms to undertake the weaving of the synthetic fabrics from man-made yarns.During year 2019-20, through the Open Offer of Shares in March, 2020, the Existing Promoter of Company i.e.

Ganesh Nibe and Manjusha Nibe with Erstwhile Promoters acquired 30,81,704 equity shares constituting 29.58% of the equity share capital of the Company through which the Existing Promoter acquired the Control in the Company and became the Promoters of the Company. As a result of this, the Existing Promoter i.e. Ganesh Nibe and Manjusha Nibe introduced a new business in the Company which presently specialize in the business of Fabrication and Machining of components in the Defence Sector.

In addition to this, it offers strategic products and related research advancements in the E-Vehicles Division and the BVM R&D Foundation. The E-Vehicles Division has pioneered sustainable transportation, producing eco-friendly E-bikes and rickshaws and leading a movement towards efficient transportation. The BVM R&D Foundation leads the charge in advanced Lithium-ion Battery pack research, positioning the Company as a key player in clean energy solutions.The Company commenced a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Pune in FY 2024-25.In 2026, the Company has inaugurated Advance Shirdi Defence Manufacturing Complex located at Shirdi MIDC in Maharashtra.

It has completed technical trial against RFP of Indian Army 100 km Range at Pokhran & Joshimath (Malari) Uttarakhand and has also announced the successful test firing of its SURYASTRA Universal Rocket Launcher System ranging to 300 km and 150 km, at the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, Odisha. The Company has also Inauguration Bio-CNG & Hydrogen Fuel Plant, executed flag-off ceremony of Suryastra - 300 KM Universal Rocket Launching System and signed agreements for Space & Satellite Technologies.
