Operations subsequently came to a complete halt due to internal electrical issues and mounting pressure from other creditors.
An operational creditor subsequently approached the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), which admitted the petition and appointed an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to assume control of M/s.
