Consequently Business of this proprietorship firm was merged into Priti International Limited. Goverdhan Das Lohiya, Leela Lohiya. Priti Lohiya, Ritesh Lohiya, Ritika Lohiya, Sohan Lal Bhootra, Premesh Bhootra are the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
