We hereby inform you that the 56th AGM of the members of the company will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 3:00 pm at registered office of the company at vallabh Vidyanagar -388120. Further the said notice are also available on the website of the company. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the company will remain close from September 16, 2023 to September 22, 2023 (both days inclusive) for purpose of convening the 56th AGM of the members and the record date for determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend will be September 15, 2023, if approved by the shareholders. Please find attached herewith the 56th AGM scrutinizer Report Shareholders have approved the Dividend @20% i.e Rs.2/- per share of Rs. 10/- each, dividend in the AGM held today i.e. on September 22, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 22.09.2023)
