Please be advised further that the Board of Directors has recommended Dividend of Re.0.40 per fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs.21 - each of the Company (i.e. 20 % on the paid up Share Capital) for the Financial Year ended 31 st March , 2025 , subject to declaration of the same by the Shareholders at the 31 st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 22 nd August, 2025. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall be closed pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 from 16 th August, 2025 to 22 nd August, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 31 st Annua l General Meeting
