(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 13.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the copy of Notice of 16th Annual General Meeting published in todays newspapers in Business Standard (English) and Mumbai- Lakshadeep (Marathi), as intimation of completion of dispatch of Notice of AGM, and information related to e-voting.
