Copies of newspaper advertisement made on 26th August, 2023, in Financial Express in English and Ekdin in Bengali, in relation to the dispatch of notice, convening 42nd AGM and Annual Report for financial year ended 31st March, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/08/2023) We are enclosing the voting results of 42nd Annual General meeting of the Company held on Tuesday, 19th September, 2023 at 11.30 AM through VC mode along with the Scrutinisers Report. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 20/09/2023)
