Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations), we are submitting herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for FY 2022-23 including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, along with the Notice of 60th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
